e-Auctions provide the opportunity to buy or sell properties at a more leisurely pace than a live auction.
The e-Auction catalog lists the offerings, with basic information for each property, including the starting bid and a timetable for the auction to start and end. If the auction is active, you'll see the Current Bid as well. If you click on 'Details' for a specific property, you'll get more extensive information on that property, including photos.
If you're a Registered Bidder, you'll find a link in 'Details' that takes you to the Due Diligence Package for that property.
Once you've received Bidder Authorization, you can make your bid from either the Listing Page or the Detail Page.
