DDP's will be available for download in Adobe Acrobat printable format. Due Diligence Packages normally include:
preliminary title report, sale terms and maps... plus
other materials and facts about the property that a prudent person would need to
make a buying decision.

Personal representation from Auctions-West, Inc.
A
real estate professional will be available during business hours to help answer your
questions (by telephone or e-mail) concerning any Auctions-West offering.
4)
Preferential viewing for select properties
Get an appointment at your convenience to look at a select property you're interested in.
5)
E-mail notification when new properties are posted
6) E-mail notice of any change in your bid status
during an e-Auction
7)
Bid telephone number for LIVE auctions
Your
personal representative will be available on the day of a LIVE auction to assist you.
