To be eligible to bid on properties during an Auctions-West sale, you must first register as a buyer.
This allows you to review all Due Diligence Packages. You can register as a buyer for free by clicking here.
Before you can actually bid on a property, though, Auctions-West must secure credit approval and authorize a bidding limit. This authorization changes your Bidder Status from "Conditional" to "Active".
To expedite authorization, please fill out the form below. Auctions-West will notify you of the change in your Bidder Status.
